Central Susquehanna Builders Association was chartered in 1967. CSBA is a non-profit to promoting and maintaining the professional standards of its members and to educate its members and the general public concerning home building and its allied trades.
With CSBA you will:
Protect Your Industry: We are an advocacy group for the building industry. In today’s litigious society it is truer than ever that “United we stand, divided we fall.” Members joined together with a common goal can have greater impact for the good of the building industry, the second largest in the United States.
Increase Business Contacts: You may have many opportunities to make business contacts and learn more about the industry by participating in association activities. Every contact a businessman makes is a potential asset to his business.
Improve Your Business: Improve your business through the information available in local, state and national publications and through the exchange of ideas with fellow members.
All CSBA members must abide by the CSBA Code of Ethics.
All CSBA Builder and Associate members must be of good character and need to be in business for no less than
1 year to join.

Builder Member:
The heart and soul of our association from custom homes to production builders, as well as remodelers, light commercial, multi-family and land development. We exist to serve the building industry, and our builder members guide us through their roles as industry and association leaders.
Associate Member:
From selling lumber to financing mortgages, Associate Members are a vital part of our association. They include trade contractors, suppliers, service providers and product manufacturers across all facets of the housing industry.
Affiliate Member:
This membership is offered to any employee or household family member of a Builder or Associate member. Affiliates are able to play an active roll in the association as well as take advantage of the savings programs offered.
