On October 17th the Central Susquehanna Builders Association met with over 54 builders, contractors and construction workers of the Central Susquehanna Valley to discuss their concerns about the aggressiveness of OSHA. Attending were local legislators and Dr. Janine McCartney, OSHA safety engineer/risk manager and a Pennsylvania Builders Association training and education partner. Dr. McCartney laid out current problems, invited audience participation and spoke of the 200 new inspectors just hired for this region. As a result of your local association giving you a voice this letter was sent to OSHA by Congressman Tom Marino (R-PA).
